Nice to meet you

Christa is a Portland-raised illustrator and designer finishing her bachelor's degree in Illustration at Seattle Pacific University. She is a lover of tea and acrylic paint - but not together. At the university, Christa enjoys her position as the student government Publicist and Graphic Designer, serves on the AIGA (Professional Association for Design) student board, and leads the illustration club. Outside of school, she continues to take on private commissions and establish herself as an illustrator. When she's not happily sitting with a fistful of paintbrushes in hand, Christa spends her time biking and frolicking through Seattle with her seven housemates. Christa is particularly interested in visual storytelling, reinforcing the relevancy of art, and empowering others to pursue art as a meaningful form of expression & catharsis.
